Anuradha Lanka Jayaratne is a prominent Sri Lankan lawyer, politician, and visionary leader. He is the youngest son of Sri Lanka’s 14th Prime Minister, D.M. Jayaratne, and an alumnus of both Trinity College, Kandy and Royal College, Colombo.

Leadership at Ambuluwawa
Following the passing of his father, Mr. D.M. Jayaratne, Anuradha Jayaratne was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ambuluwawa Religious and Biodiversity Complex. Under his visionary leadership:
Annual income increased 20-fold
Capital value tripled (2019–2024)
Tourist visits rose by 8.5%, both local and international
Cable Car Project is being finalized and is expected to open by November this year, despite numerous challenges
His dedicated efforts have transformed Ambuluwawa into a premier national destination and a model of sustainable tourism, biodiversity, and interfaith harmony.
