The climb involves many narrow steps and uneven terrain. Good walking shoes or sandals are essential.
Be courteous.
The tower can get crowded, especially during peak season. Be mindful of other climbers and give way to those coming down.
Capture the views.
The panoramic vistas from the top are breathtaking. Don’t forget to bring your camera or phone to capture the moment.
Carrying large bags
The climb can be difficult with bulky backpacks or bags. Leave them at the bottom or bring a small, lightweight bag for essentials.
Eating on the premises: Monkey Alert!
Monkeys are notorious for snatching food from visitors. Avoid eating near the tower to prevent unwanted encounters.
Littering.
Please dispose of your trash properly. Help keep the tower and its surroundings clean.

Take a train to Gampola Station from Colombo or Kandy. From there, grab a tuk-tuk to reach Ambuluwawa.
How to reach Ambuluwawa by Bus
Catch a bus to Gampola town. Tuk-tuks are easily available from the bus stand to Ambuluwawa.
